This is how we handle data when you visit hoffmanns.se.
Who is responsible?
Hoffmanns Konfektyr AB (org. no. 556326-3093), Bryggerigatan 7, 267 39 Bjuv, is responsible for the data processed on this website. If you have questions, you can contact us by e-mail or phone: info@hoffmanns.se, 042-700 10.
Visitor statistics
In order to understand how the website is used and make it better, we collect simple, anonymous visitor statistics. We do not use cookies for this and do not save your IP address. What we save per page view is:
- which page was viewed and when,
- which website you came from (eg google.com),
- type of device (computer, mobile or tablet),
- approximate location and country, which our hosting provider Vercel calculates from the IP address at the time of the visit (the IP address is not saved by us and not sent to anyone else),
- a random ID that changes every 24 hours, so we can count unique visitors without being able to recognize you from one day to the next.
The statistics are only used by us, are not shared with advertisers and are automatically deleted after 13 months. The statistics are only counted if you have said OK in the box at the bottom. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6.1 a). You can revoke consent at any time here:
The contact form
If you send a message via the contact form, we save your name, e-mail and the information you fill in yourself (phone, company, message). We only use them to respond to your case and automatically delete them after 12 months at the latest. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in being able to answer questions and receive orders (GDPR art. 6.1 f).
Translation
The website is written in Swedish and automatically translated into other languages with Google Translate. No information about you is sent with the translation.
Map
The map on the contact page is displayed by Google Maps and is only loaded when you have said OK in the cookie box or clicked on "Show map". Then Google receives data according to Google's privacy policy. Google privacy policy
Storage and suppliers
We never sell data or share it with advertisers. We use the following providers (personal data processors):
- Web support (Sweden/EU) – web hosting and database where statistics and messages are stored.
- Vercel Inc. (USA) – operates the website. Vercel processes IP addresses temporarily to deliver the pages and protect against attacks. The transfer to the USA takes place with the support of the EU Commission's decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
- Google (Ireland/USA) – Google Maps on the contact page, only with your consent, as well as translation of the website's own texts (no information about you is sent).
We make no automated decisions and do no profiling.
Your rights
You have the right to know what information we have about you (excerpt from the register), to have errors corrected, to have information deleted, to limit processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, to obtain your information in a machine-readable format (data portability) and to withdraw consent at any time.
